WARNING! This is a VERY aggressive detox. It will cause vomiting & diarrhea.

HOW TO TAKE THE DUCK FLOWER DETOX:

Take in morning after a light breakfast of raw fruit and water or tea. Make plans to be home all day!

Soak flower in fresh water for one hour to re-hydrate.

Consume the entire soaked flower, chewing thoroughly, the flowers can also be blend with water or fruit juice.

During the course of the detox, consume liquid with electrolytes - coconut water is ideal. If you vomit or pass feces you MUST re-hydrate with water or coconut water

4. After the detox is complete, reintroduce simple plant-based foods slowly, such as raw fruit or raw veggies.
